Which generates work tables where the requirements from Panam Sports for the construction of the Pan and Parapan American Village will be implemented. In December, the company that is awarded the project for the largest infrastructure work of the Santiago 2023 Games will be announced. It will be a housing complex located on an area of 6 hectares, which considers at least 1,137 apartments, of which 317 will be accessible. 

The Santiago 2023 Village will also be a huge legacy to the Cerrillos municipality, since all the apartments will be regulated as social integration housing, through the housing subsidy of the Government of Chile and that will cover 65% of the housing needs of the municipality. The Venue is located 5 minutes walking distance from the Cerrillos Metro Station and connected to the main highways of the city. The transfer time to the main sports complex of the Games, the National Stadium Park, is estimated at 20 minutes.

The call for application for the presentation of housing projects of the Villa was published in the official gazette on August 31, 2020. From now on begins the process of participation of companies interested in winning the design and construction project of the Pan American and Para Pan American Village. During the first half of next year, Santiago 2023 should already be laying the first stone of what will be the most important legacy of the Games.
